I'm here to support you on your journey of self-discovery and empowerment. As a counsellor with personal experience in navigating life's transitions, including parenthood, I understand the unique challenges that come with various roles and responsibilities – the joys, the overwhelm, and sometimes, the feeling of losing oneself in the process.

My Journey

My path to becoming a counsellor began with my own experiences of feeling disconnected and invisible, especially during significant life changes like becoming a parent. I realised that many individuals, particularly those juggling multiple responsibilities or going through major life transitions, were silently struggling with similar feelings. This realisation sparked my desire to create a safe, empathetic space where you can reconnect with yourself and find renewed strength in your personal journey.

My Approach

In our sessions together, we'll focus on more than just your roles or responsibilities. We'll explore your individual identity, your personal aspirations, and the unique challenges you face. My approach is grounded in trauma-aware care and a deep commitment to continuous learning, ensuring that you receive compassionate support.  â€‹

The Counselling Process

Our work together typically begins with an initial phone consultation where we discuss your current challenges and goals. From there, we'll work out a regular session time. Sessions are usually weekly, either online or in-person, providing a consistent space for exploration and growth. Throughout our time together, we'll regularly review our progress and adjust our approach as needed.
