As a counsellor with personal experience in navigating life changes, I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings, rediscover your identity, and find renewed strength - both as an individual and in your various roles and relationships.
Why Me?
What makes me different is my own experiences and someone who felt they had lost who they were. I understand how scary it feels to find you don’t know who you are anymore, and every day feeling overwhelming. I use a variety of techniques to ensure our therapy works for you. However, the key to our work will be the relationship. Unlike some types of therapy, I will always go at your pace and keep checking in to ensure that you feel comfortable with how things are going.
